ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo submitting that the present Civil Petition was filed for transfer of M.C.No.183/2016 on the file of Family Court Judge, Vijayapura to the Family Court Bengaluru. Since M.C.No.183/2016 pending before the Family Court Judge, Vijayapura is disposed off on 06.01.2018, the present Civil Petition does not survive for consideration. The status report is filed to this effect.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel, memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, Civil Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
