This criminal petition is filed to quash FIR in crime No.304 of 2012 of Banjara Hills police station.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is represented that police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet.
4. Since police have filed charge sheet, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge- sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
