O R D E R After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned SPP for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to challenge the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chitradurga, in Criminal Revision Petition No.3/2014, dated 28.3.2014 and prays to dispose of this petition.
The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chitradurga in Criminal Revision Petition No.3/2014, dated 28.3.2014 before an appropriate forum.
In view of disposal of the petition, I.A.Nos.1/2014 and 1/2016 are disposed of.
Registry is directed to return the additional documents filed along with I.A.No.1/2016 to the learned counsel for the petitioner by retaining the copies of the same, with proper acknowledgement.
