THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 238 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We are of the view that this Court cannot entertain this matter in order to pass any mandate. However, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to treat a copy of this writ petition as a representation and to consider the suggestions and ideas given therein. If it is possible either factually or legally to take any action pursuant to the said suggestions and ideas, they can do so. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
