…Respondents This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to quash the complaint dated 16.03.2017 lodged by respondent No.2 before respondent No.1 under the provisions of Section 4 and 5 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure ‘A’) This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER This petition has been filed on 10.11.2017. On account of non-compliance of office objections, matter came to be listed on 29.06.2018. Three weeks time was granted. Thereafter, on two occasions the matter has been listed. Inspite of cost ordered to be paid, neither the cost has been paid nor the office objections have been complied. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This only indicates that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition. Hence, petition is dismissed.
In the event of an application for recall of the order is filed, Registry is directed to list the said application, only on receipt for having deposited the cost as ordered being enclosed.
