Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order dated 09.6.2010 by which he has been transferred from P.H.C. Chinahat, Lucknow to P. H. C. Garha, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow.
On the basis of instructions received, learned Standing Counsel informs that since petitioner has undergone training to operate Ultrasound Machine for the period of three months and is an expert person to operate Ultrasound Machine and there is none to operate the Ultrasound machine at P.H.C. Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow, therefore, he has been transferred at P.H.C. Garha, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow in public interest.
We, therefore, do not find any merit in this writ petition and decline to interfere in the matter.
Writ Petition is dismissed.
