The only prayer pressed on this wit petition is for the consideration of the representation which is stated to have been made by the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open the claim of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Level-3 Medical Officer shall be duly attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and with expedition.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
