JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Ms. Ashok Mehta, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Arvind Nath Agrawal and learned Standing Counsel appears for respondent no.1.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
"I. A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned order dated 21.03.2014 vide letter no. 7150/1-7114 passed by the Deputy Registrar Firm Societies and Chits Kanpur Mandal, Kanpur vide which the approval is sanctioned to the forged and illegal Election dated 23.07.2011 through letter no. 3606 dated 25.08.2011 under section 4 of the Societies Registration Act 1860.
II. A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari, to quash alleged impugned election dated 31.05.2014 by which the alleged respondent no.2 is elected president and constituted the forged committee/society.
III. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus and commanding the respondents to give charge to the committee of the petitioner in pursuance of this Hon'ble High Court order dated 05.10.2013 in civil misc. writ petitoner no. 42932 of 2010 inre Smt. Urmila Gour and another Vs. Khadi Evam Gramodyog & others.
IV. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus and commanding the respondents not to alienate and sale and transferred the possession of the property opf the society in question and not to interfere in the working of the petitioner.
V. A writ order or direction, to direct the respondent no.1 to conduct fresh election of the society by the prescribed authority further which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case with costs."
Matter requires consideration.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 2 and 3. Steps may be taken within a week, returnable at an early date. The respondents are allowed three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List this matter in the week commencing 5th January, 2015.
