ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in holding that the selections/admissions made during the course of first phase of counseling in relation to in- service quota which was contrary to G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 9.7.2001 as good for all purposes vide Notification dated 19.5.2008 issued for withheld seats by MCI and for second phase of counseling relating to Post Graduate admissions for the academic year 2008-2009 in stead of conducting fresh counseling.
Since the Writ Petition relates to the year 2008, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives as of today and the subject matter has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
