JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.R. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
The present contempt application has been filed for willful disobedience of the order of writ court dated 9.1.2014 passed in writ petition no. 64534 of 2013, by which writ court had directed the respondent no. 3, which is Regional Ayurvedi Officer, Jaunpur to look into the grievance of the petitioner and to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of representation, copy of the order of writ court has been annexed as annexure-1 to the affidavit accompanying the contempt application.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that when the order of writ court was not complied with, present contempt application has been filed and notices were issued.
Today, Sri A.R.Singh, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance report and in paragraph no. 6 of the compliance report it has been averred that Regional Ayurvedic Officer, Jaunpur has decided the representation of the petitioner/applicant, copy of which has been filed as annexure-2 to the compliance report.
In view of the fact that the order of writ court has been complied with, the present application has become infructuous and it is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
