JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application for extension of time is allowed. Ten days' further time is granted to the applicant to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 28.04.2010.
In case, the applicant does not appear and surrender within the aforesaid extended time, then coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
