An affidavit has been filed by opposite party no.2 stating that a decision has been taken on 20.9.2018 in due compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court. By the decision taken, the adhoc services rendered by the applicant have been included in the regular service for purposes of pension and other benefits.
Having regard to the aforesaid stand, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
