ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue writ/order/direction more particularly the Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation dt.10.09.2013 by issuing instructions to 4th respondent to follow Circular No.404/AMW/2012 dated 05.10.2012 issued by 2nd respondent in respect of allotment of plots to SCs/STs Entrepreneurs as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue suitable instructions to 4th respondent to follow reservation as per Circular 404/AMW/2012 dated 05.10.2012 in allotment of plots by disposing of the representation dt.10.09.2013 of the petitioners and to pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper.”
Mr. Kurra Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 06.11.2014 to the Registry, informing that he has instructions from his clients to withdraw the writ petition as they are not intending to pursue the same.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41496 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
