After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that in case petitioner files an appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today, he shall be entitled to the benefit of principles contained under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
3. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned Judgment to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
