1. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Mathur, Advocate for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State at length.
2. This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2-Rakhi Patel by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail application No. 8360 of 2016 on 18.3.2016 in case Crime No. 474 of 15, under Sections 452, 307, 323, 120B IPC and Section 3(I)X Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act, Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi.
3. I have gone through the record and find no ground for cancellation of bail.
4. Application is accordingly rejected.
