Heard Sri Ajay Bhanot , learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.K. Mehrotra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
With the consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 31.10.2013 by which pension of the petitioners has been fixed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the pension of the petitioners has been fixed without giving an opportunity of hearing .
We are of the view that let petitioners may file representation before the concerned authority raising their grievance relating to pension fixation within two months . In case such representation is being filed , the concerned authority may dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a further period of two months by passing a speaking order.
