Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner fairly restricts relief in the present writ petition to a direction upon the Chancellor for consideration of petitioner's claim both in the matter of transfer and grant of ACP benefit. The appeals are pending for the last several months.
Sri Udai Pratap Singh, who appears for the respondent University and its Chancellor, states that appeals in both the matter shall be considered, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a request to respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's pending appeals, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
