This is an application praying for dismissal of the writ petition as withdraw with liberty to file fresh petition. The application is supported by an affidavit of Dr. M.B. Singh, Pairokar of the petitioner, who had also sworn the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Sri R.C. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and states that he is the original counsel also for the petitioner.
In view of the above, application is allowed.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition.
