From the perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on 22.5.2013, the matter was once restored and again on 24.11.2017, none appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition.
In view of the above, it looks that the petitioner has no interest to carry forward this petition which is pending since 1995.
Hence, the present petition is dismissed in default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
