By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Special Magistrate, First (N.I. Act), Prayagraj to conclude and decide complaint No.4881 of 2011 (Dr.Ahok Kuamr Gupta vs. Prakash Chandra Srivastava), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, P.S. Kotwali, District Prayagraj.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Special Magistrate, First (N.I. Act), Prayagraj to consider and decide complaint No.4881 of 2011 (Dr.Ahok Kuamr Gupta vs. Prakash Chandra Srivastava), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, P.S. Kotwali, District Prayagraj expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
