Heard Sri Madan Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri K.D.Tiwari and Sri Lalit Kumar Tiwari learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
Both the parties agree that that possession has already been handed over and in regard to arrears of dues and also a compromise had taken place. As such, the matter has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
