The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.54798 of 2010 (Dr. Arun Kumar Mehrotra Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the mater is taken up, pursuant to the order of this court, it is argued by Sri. K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that in compliance of the order of this court, a decision has already been taken on 2.12.2010 by the opposite party, a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant and no further cause of action would further survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
It is further informed by the learned counsel for the parties that against the aforesaid order a writ petition has already been filed by the applicant.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
