Argument is that principal has no authority to pass the impugned order dated 26.5.2014 and as on date the committee of management in whose place respondent no. 4 is functioning can be said to have the authority to pass the order.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the impugned order dated 26.5.2014 appears to be just a communication which is clear from the first line of the order.
Be as it may, learned Standing Counsel is to obtain instruction from respondent no. 4 that whether he has exercised his power and has passed any order which has been communicated by the Principal or that is an independent order.
Put up this matter, as fresh, on 31st July, 2014.
