Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Ajay Kumar learned counsel for O.P. No.4 and the learned standing counsel.
Petitioner's Committee of Management claims that it is running Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Junior Basic Pathshala, Sidhwana, Block-Uruva, district Gorakhpur which is entitled to the grant-in-aid as per the Government orders issued from time to time. Learned counsel for petitioner submits his application/representations are not being considered and decided by the opposite party No.1, Director Samaj Kalyan, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be met in case his representation is decided by the opposite party No.1, in a time bound manner to which, learned counsel for opposite parties have no objection.
In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation to the opposite party No.1 within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith a certified copy of this order as well as copy of the present writ petition along with annexures. In case such a representation is moved, the opposite party No.1 shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
The writ petition is disposed of.
