1. Heard Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned counsel for respondents-2 & 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent-1.
2. By order dated 27.10.2014, respondent-3 has been appointed on the post of Director of U.P. Textile Technology Institute, Kanpur. Against said order, present writ petition has been filed by petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that appointment of respondent-3 was for a period of three years and the said period has already expired, hence this matter has rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
