JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent appeared in person along with their Advocates. Both requested for some more time for the settlement of their dispute and reconciliation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is already paying a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month to the respondent in pursuance of the order of this Court in the criminal proceeding therefore, the same may be given adjustment.
In view of the above, let the petitioner may pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month more in addition to Rs.4,000/- per month in all Rs.7,000/- per month from the date of the order.
List this matter on 12.12.2011 as part heard.
