When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), appearing for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner is never appearing before the respondent-authorities for completion of enquiry.
2. Recording the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 29.06.2017 along with all the material evidence, for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the second respondent on that day and further proceedings shall go on in accordance with law.
3. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
