JUDGMENT / ORDER

An erstwhile Managing Committee of the 2nd respondent filed the above writ petition contending that the selection conducted by way of a written test and interview scheduled on the very same day, is bad. This Court, in fact, on admission, directed that the interview scheduled would be deferred by an interim order dated 06.11.2012. Subsequently, on 09.11.2012, the interim order was modified directing that the selection and appointment would be subject to the result of the writ petition and also directed conduct of interview on another day. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank would submit that an interview was conducted as per the directions of this Court and the selected persons appointed to the respondent Bank.
3. The irregularity in selection projected by the petitioner in the writ petition, insofar as the written test and the interview was scheduled on the very same day no longer survives since the orders of this Court, has been held on two WPC.No.26086/2012 : 2 :
different dates. It is also pertinent that the petitioner has not chosen to implead any of the persons who were selected.
For all the above reasons, the writ petition cannot survive and the same is dismissed. No costs.
