JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further the learned counsel submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition has been settled and that the petitioner has applied for fresh passport.
2. In view of the same, the Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
