JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impuged order dated 06.05.2011 on the file of the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court that this petition may be closed by granting liberty to the petitioner, to approach the competent authority, challenging the impugned order dated 06.05.2011.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate authority by filing suitable petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing, the concerned authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
