RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General that this matter is squarely covered by the earlier orders of this Court in W.P.No.4905 of 2008 dated 17.07.2012.
Following the above referred judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the Memo No.14116/Assn.III/1/96, dated 01.09.2007 and consequential order passed thereon. However, the Government is at liberty to pass orders afresh on considering the explanation already submitted by the petitioners. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
