ORDER:
The petitioner filed this writ petition with the short grievance that respondent No.4 has not been considering her application made on 30.09.2013 for survey of land admeasuring Ac.6-12 gts. in Sy.No.79 of Kyathanpalli Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Adilabad District.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area) submitted that in view of the prima facie evidence produced by the petitioner in support of her plea that she has made an application for survey by paying the survey fees of Rs.285/- on 30.09.2013, respondent No.4 may be directed to get the survey held, if the same is not already held.
In view of this fair submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4 to cause the survey conducted in the presence of the petitioner and furnish a copy of the survey report to the latter, within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.1745 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
