Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred inter-alia with the following prayers:-
"[I] Issue a order or direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the divorce case No.75/18 (Dori Lal Vs. Smt. Pinki) pending before the Principal Judge Family Court Agra since 3/7/18 under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2018, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.2/Principal Judge Family Court Agra to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably with a period of one year from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
