1. Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file an appropriate application with requisite document as required under Section 27 of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Competent Authority may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents has no objection if the aforesaid prayer is allowed.
3. In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with liberty to petitioner to file an appropriate application before Competent Authority within two weeks from today and in case such an application is filed by petitioner, the Competent Authority is directed to decide the same after hearing all concerned parties in accordance with law expeditiously.
