Chief Judicial Magistrate, has sent a letter dated 31.05.2011 stating therein that sole appellant Doodh Nath, has already expired. In this respect the statement of Sub Inspector Shri Subhash Kumar and Shri Siddh Nath, brother of deceased Doodh Nath and Pradhan Gita Devi have been recorded.
In view of the aforesaid letter dated 31.05.2017, the present appeal is dismissed as abated.
