Heard Sri K.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching the tehsildar for removal of obstacle, which impedes the free use of public road, pathway or common land of a village.
As there is an alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioner under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, this petition cannot be entertained right away in violation of such statutory remedy.
Petition is dismissed with liberty to avail such alternative remedy, if so desired.
