Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has filed a complaint on 16.08.2014 before the third respondent, no action is taken by the third respondent on the said complaint, though it discloses a cognizable offence.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has since received instructions and it is stated that the said complaint is taken on record and is registered as FIR.No.139 of 2014 and the third respondent is investigating the same.
4. Since an FIR, as above, is already registered on the complaint of the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to take up the investigation in the said crime and take appropriate necessary steps in accordance with law expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
