He seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the CRP reserving liberty to his client to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
Permission granted.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order filed along with the papers upon substitution of the same with a photo copy. No order as to costs.
