JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner by calling her to the police station.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that complaints were received from two persons and in connection with which petitioner was called to the police station. He further submits that the petitioner shall be called as and when required.
In view of the stand taken by learned Government Pleader as noted above, we see no police harassment in the matter. Mere calling the petitioner to police station in connection with the investigation does not amount to any action of harassment. With this observation the Writ Petition is closed.
Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
