THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7485 of 2010 Between:
Dommeti Vijaya Lakshmi PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Secretary, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri T.V.S. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
