JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to implement Ext.P5, an order passed by the Assistant Educational Officer, Ponnani, in a matter relating to Rule 51A claimant.
2. The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the third respondent that the third respondent has filed a revision petition challenging Ext.P5 before the Director of Public Instruction. Ext.R3(d) is the copy of the revision petition filed by the third respondent.
3. In view of the pendency of Ext.R3(d) before the Director of Public Instruction, I am of the view this writ petition can be disposed of directing the Director of Public Instruction to dispose of Ext.R3(d) after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 6 in this writ petition. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
