Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners are live-in relationship and the matter is cognizable by Division Bench. He further states that petitioners do not want to press this writ petition and a liberty be granted to them to file a fresh writ petition, which is cognizable by Division Bench.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition.
