1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking two fold relief viz. (1) hearing of the appeal expeditiously or (2) in the alternative to grant Regular Bail.
2. The Criminal Appeal was admitted on 05.07.2007. At the time of admission of the appeal, Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.6844 of 2007 was also filed which came to be rejected by this Court by Order dated 14.08.2007.
3. On perusal of application, no case is made out to grant Regular Bail and hence the same is rejected. The application is disposed of.
4. As this Court is to hear the Criminal Appeals of 2007 onwards, the Registry is directed to list this Criminal Appeal in Seriatim.
