Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the N.C.R. dated 24.05.2018 registered as No. 83 of 2018 under Sections 498 IPC, Police Station Jawa, District Aligarh.
Learned AGA opposed the prayer and submits that the offence in question is bailable one hence, the present petition for quashing of the same is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioners could not rule out the preliminary objection raised by learned AGA for the State.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
