2. Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.C.C No.449/2014 for the alleged offences under Section 376, 354 and 506 of IPC.
3. When the matter was taken up hearing, the learned Additional SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after trial accused in Special CC No.449/2014 are acquitted vide judgment dated 09.01.2019.
4. The said submission is placed on record. In view of this submmission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
