This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to measure, fix the boundaries and handover the possession of Shop Site No.2 situates at Ground Floor, Omni Bus Stand Complex, Combined Bus Terminals, Mattuthavani, Madurai.
2.According to the petitioner, he was declared as a successful bidder for Shop Site No.2 situates in Ground Floor, Omni Bus Stand Complex, Combined Bus Terminals, Mattuthavani, Madurai, in the auction conducted by the respondent on 04.10.2013 and he is paying monthly rent at the rate of Rs.11,850/- till date. He made several representations to the respondent seeking to measure the land, fix the boundaries and hand over possession of the same and the respondent has not taken any action. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that now it has been decided to allot shops inside Omni Bus Stand Complex, Mattuthavani, Madurai and the said fact is observed in the communication in MaSa1/MaVa2/018819/17, dated 27.07.2017. The said submission has not been refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
5.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
