After hearing Mr Joshi, the learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and after going through the materials on record, we find that the petitioner has made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order restraining the respondent-authorities from taking any further action in pursuant to the penalty notice being Annexure-P to this application for a period of fortnight from today. They are also restrained from depositing the cheque bearing No.707029 of ICICI Bank dated April 7, 2012 till the next date. We accordingly pass such order. The petitioner is at liberty to pray for extension of the interim order after service of notice upon the respondents.
The petitioner is permitted to place translated version of the notices.
Direct service is permitted.
