Heard Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 05.08.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.13879 of 2015 has been complied by issuing proceedings dated 16.08.2017, a copy of which has been produced before this Court.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
