This petition has been filed by the appellant to review the judgment passed by this Court on 19.09.2014. The essence of the application is that, this Court has failed to appreciate the evidence properly. There is no allegation that there is any error apparent on the face of the record. The review application is not maintainable unless the grounds mentioned in Order XLVII of Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure are attracted. In the absence of an allegation that any of the said grounds is attracted, it is only be to found that the petition is not maintainable. In the result this petition is dismissed.
