JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Judgment of the Court was made T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful dis- obeidence of the interim order in C.M.P.(MD)No.5377/2016 dated 20.05.2016.
2. Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader pointed that he did not make any concession before the Division Bench, but the Division wrongly recorded as he has no objection.
4. Further, we found that there is a direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. According to the respondents the said amount has not been paid by the petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Contempt Petition. Hence this Contempt petition is closed.
5. List Writ Appeal No.893 of 2016 on 20.06.2016.
